We are located in the heart of Lika, in the valley of Nikola Tesla’s birthplace – the village of Smiljan, just two kilometers from the town center.

No screens. No city noise. An off-grid system, solar energy, and handcrafted wooden details made from local materials create a space where you can truly return to yourself.

Tesla’s Valley is a perfect starting point for day trips, hiking, and outdoor adventures. Whichever direction you choose, you won’t go wrong.

Nestled in the treetops of our Robinson-style accommodation are three cabins and one tent, all offering breathtaking views of the Velebit mountain range and endless meadows.

Here, nature awakens all your senses. Even though you’re close to everything that surrounds your everyday life, it feels miles away – offering you rest, peace, and silence.

Tesla’s Valley is run by a cheerful team of four: Eni, Josip, Ana, and Zvone. Two psychologists (yes, two!), a medical technician and mountain rescue team member who also built all the cabins, and our creative spirit – a teacher and pedagogue by profession.

Each one of them has contributed their unique experience and energy to the creative development of the camp.

Tesla’s Valley was born out of good energy, a love for Lika, and a desire to create something different – something that will take your breath away.
