Lika Quality produces in the House of Croatian Food "Crotaste" in Zagreb
Lika Quality products are recognizable and increasingly in demand, which is not surprising given that the destination Lika has positioned itself among the 15 sustainable green destinations in the world thanks to the Lika Quality system. The Lika Destination cluster in cooperation with the Lika Coop Agricultural Cooperative is systematically working on the promotion and marketing of Lika Quality products, so recently Lika Quality products can also be purchased in the newly opened store of the House of Croatian Food "CROTASTE" in Zagreb. Currently, the store has products from the following manufacturers from the Lika Quality system: OPG Bogdanić Helena, GIS Sinac d. O. O., Tomaić commerce d. O. O. And Lička strudel Briks d. O. O. During the year, a higher representation of Lika Quality products is certainly expected.
In order for a product to be found on the shelves of the CROTASTE store, it is necessary to meet certain criteria, according to Agro-cluster doo: We will pay special attention to protected Croatian products and products with other recognized quality labels. '' Lika Quality products are health tested, their production is based on tradition, which gives products special value and guarantees quality to the customer.
Apart from the CROTASTE store in Zagreb, Lika Quality products can also be purchased at souvenir shops and stores of the Plitvice Lakes National Park and souvenir shops at the Paklenica National Park. During 2021, Lika Quality products will be placed in other protected natural areas of the destination Lika, and beyond.
At the end of April, the fourth Public Call for expressions of interest for the use of the "Lika Quality" Label was announced, and we hereby remind all producers from the Lika destination area that the application deadline is June 1, 2021, or only ten days.
