The family farm Koča from Gospić was founded in 2003, and since 2020 it has been growing strawberries and potatoes. As for the potatoes, they produce about 5 tons of potatoes and put the whole crop on nearby markets. In addition to potatoes on the plantation in Kvarte, with an area of about 1400 m2, 4000 seedlings of sleepwalkers were planted. They are not treated with any chemical agents, rainwater is used for irrigation and for that reason strawberries are grown completely organically. The harvest lasts from the beginning of June until the first frosts.
