An online workshop was held as part of the "Career Opportunities in Tourism II" project
On Friday, March 29 at 10 a.m., the Lika Destination Cluster successfully organized an online workshop as part of the "Career Opportunities in Tourism in Lika II" project, co-financed by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports.
One of the topics of the workshop was the use of artificial intelligence in tourism. The second topic was environmentally friendly accommodation, through which the participants learned more about the Green Stay Croatia platform and sustainable accommodation rental. Also, the measures of the Croatian Employment Service were discussed, providing information on supports and incentives for career development in tourism, and the last topic was the Green Destinations certificate, through which the participants gained an insight into the significance of this certificate for sustainable tourism.
We hope that the information and knowledge gained at this workshop will serve as a foundation for the further development of tourism in Lika. We believe that the participants will use the acquired knowledge to implement innovative practices in their business, promoting sustainability, technological progress and quality of services in the tourism industry.
