The Municipality of Gračac is a unit of local self-government in the area determined by the Law on the Areas of Counties, Cities and Municipalities in the Republic of Croatia. The municipality of Gračac is located in Zadar County, in the area of southern Lika, and is the largest municipality in Croatia. It is separated from Dalmatia by the high Velebit massif. One of the many peculiarities of Gračac is that four kilometers away from Gračac is the largest cave complex in Croatia - Cerovac Caves.

The municipality of Gračac includes the settlement areas, namely:

Begluci, Brotnja, Bruvno, Cerovac, Dabašnica, Deringaj, Drenovac Osredački, Duboki Dol, Dugopolje, Glogovo, Grab, Gračac, Gubavčevo Polje, Kaldrma, Kijani, Kom, Kunovac Kupirovački, Kupirovo, Mazin, Nadvrelo, Neteka, Omsica, Osredci, Otric, Palanka, Pribuduc, Prljevo, Rastičevo, Rudopolje Bruvanjsko, Srb, Suvaja, Tiškovac Lički, Tomingaj, Velika Popina, Vučipolje, Zaklopac, Zrmanja Vrelo, Zrmanja.

Gračac Municipality Day is April 23, on the holiday of St. George.
